Alisha,
I am so sorry you are having to go through this, but what is most important right now is that you take care of yourself. You need to get a plan for yourself. Call your parents or other relatives or friends who might be able to help you out. Ask your husband and his therapist if you can attend the next appointment. Ask if the therapist can set the two of you up for marriage counseling through the VA. If you have availability, get coulseling for yourself. Try writing your thoughts and fears down on paper. Then tear it up in little pieces and throw it away if you want to. Any action you take for yourself will help you see things more clearly and will help you feel a little bit better and more in control. Come back here and vent. It is a safe place and we all understand. Best of luck to both of you.
