I agree, this is not whining, its good old venting. And that is why you have such a cool head - you know when to vent. Every once in awhile I let loose - I get it off my chest, have a good cry, then tell myself its all right now... and I know it will build up again and the cycle will repeat itself as there is little I can do to control what happens around me.... but I sure to heck can control what happens within - and that's knowing when to vent and how to do so safely.
