Yellow Rose, I am sorry you are feeling down BUT I am glad you are taking steps to pull yourself out of it! I think I know how you are feeling as lately I have been feeling somewhat the same! I think a part of it is Seasonal and part is all the things that are happening in our Country and add that to dealing with PTSD and you have one heck of a life!
Right now I am dealing with a PTSD issue (long story) that could have easily been avoided had he taken my advice in the beginning and now it has turned into a HUGE mess and guess who has to deal with it in addition to my own life!
People keep asking me why I am doing it and at times I wonder too! I am tired and worn out and yes, just a little angry too!
