Wyander, to say that I understand what you are going through is an understatement. I too am a "fix it" person. It is so hard to see the person you love crash and not have a safety net for him. It has taken me YEARS to come to the full understanding that this is HIS journey, not mine. Be kind to yourself. It's a process. I can tell you that when I finally let go of trying to fix things and take responsibility for his bad moods, I felt a freedom I cannot describe. It seems like the meds could definitely be effecting your SO. I hope he talks with his doctor about it. Will he allow you to talk to the doctor? Glad that you are going to do something for yourself today. Take care
